“ Our college, Shri B.P.B. Arts and M.H.G.Commerce College is situated in a very blessed and holy land of Unjha, and we all know Unjha is a holy and blessed land of Goddess Umiya. The region is the centre of religion and trade. Unjha is renowned as Asia’s largest market of Cumin and Fennel seeds.The college established in this rural area with a view to provide higher education to the students of this area which comprises around fifty other small and medium villages. Two philanthropic families of Shri Bhagvat Prasad Brahmbhatt and Shri Mohanlal Guru generously donated for the college building and it was inaugurated on 14th June, 1965.
